COVID-19 Precautions

• Capacity: We're limiting attendance in the venue to 1/3 of the actual capacity to allow for distancing and spacing for guests.
• Masks: We will be giving out masks at check-in for all guests.
• Vaccination: All staff, volunteers and vendors are vaccinated; guests have attested their own vaccination status at the time of their ticket purchase.
• Additional Protocols: Hand sanitizer available around the venue; there is also outdoor mingling space at the venue.  

Food and Drink 

• Meal: There will be a plentiful array of food distributed in a COVID-conscious and safe manner, consistent with Health Dept. food-service recommendations. Yes, there'll be enough food for a meal, and many choices for various dietary restrictions.
• Alcohol: Guests will have choices of beer, wine, liquor, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Virtual Attendance

• Can I still participate in the live and silent auction even if I don't attend in-person? Yes! You can bid on items and view the live portion of the program. Virtual Tickets are available on the Ticket Page (see top menu).
• When will the program start? We'd recommend that virtual guests log in at 7:45. The link will be sent to virtual attendees the day of the event.

Miscellaneous

• Event Address: 214 E. Martin Street Raleigh, NC 27601
• Parking: street parking where available, City Market also has a parking lot on Person St. Additionally, there is a parking garage across from Moore Square Park.
• Dress code: As you see fit! Historically, most attendees have been what would be characterized as business dress - suits and cocktail dresses.
